EXTREME IP: STRETCHING THE BOUNDARIES
On Thursday 13th July, Mandy Haberman will be guest speaker at Hogarth Chambers' annual summer IP seminar.
The theme will be Extreme IP: Stretching the boundaries.". It will explore new developments which relate to the scope of IP protection including the new legislation for the Olympics, protecting ideas (e.g. the recent Da Vinci Code trial in which members of chambers were involved) and the extended remedies for IP infringement.
