You might buy a present for your favourite toddler- the Haberman Anywayup Cup. This is the houseproud parent's answer to a dream: it just refuses to spill. The quite brilliant design was the result of a collaboration between Mandy Haberman and Conran and Partners. More than four million were sold last year and it has won every gong going from the DBA/Management Today Design Effectiveness award to the British Plastic Federation Horners award. It was also selected by the Design Council as a millennium product.

Until 1995, giving a toddler a drink of juice or milk could seriously damage your carpet! All children's training cups followed the same basic design, with a simple spout that leaked if the cup was tipped or dropped (a common occurence). However all of this changed with the launch of the Anywayup* Cup, a revolutionary design by mother-of-three Mandy Haberman.
